ABOUT US

CARE has been initiated by the Institute of Mass Communication Film and Television Studies(IMCFTS). The Institute is a registered non-profit society approved by the Dept. of Higher Education, Govt. of WB, affiliated to University of Kalyani, UGC & MoE, Govt. of India to propagate higher education in UG and PG levels in media sectors. By virtue of its Memorandum the Institute is formed to spread social awareness through Audio-Visual media. As such, the Institute is dedicated to build knowledge by hands on practical training to the students for proper grooming to apply the same to create A/V contents on education, information and entertainment.

As per the memorandum of the society, the objectives of CARE is for social impact innovation through electronic media. To elevate the health care, sanitation, education and to eliminate poverty and hunger globally. Care is inviting all the social entrepreneurs all over the country and seek the volunteers of the world and foundations to improve the global community specially in under developed countries.

No single organization, sector, entrepreneurs can mitigate these challenges alone. Progress can be made through global partnership.

We are all out for the required fund and appeal for generous donations from the public for a sustainable mechanism to spread education among the economically backward families to provide education to their children in urban and rural sectors in an effort to eradicate the child labour employment in different sectors e.g. roadside tea stalls, roadside eating places, household works, etc...
