1) The duration of the film will be minimum 15 mins to maximum 90 mins.
2) A trailer of 5 mins is to be sent through mail to netovision@nov.vision.
3) The films will be previewed by the selection committee of the Institute for uploading.
4) The participants will be informed about the selection through their email/ mobile number provided in this form.
5) A declaration will be required for the selected films that it has not been licensed to any other OTT platform and or the copyright has been transferred to any other party.
6) The film can be of any language subject to English Subtitle.
